DIY Acrylic Tank - 40 Breeder

I'd like to make a tank out of acrylic that is rimless. It doesn't have to be COMPLETELY rimless though. Could I use triangle braces in the corners on top plus the triangle rods in the corners inside the tank? The dimensions will be that of a 40 gallon breeder:

36L x 18W x 17H

I was thinking 1/2 cell cast Acrylite GP. Please let me know if you are 100% certain. I don't need 45 gallons of water on the floor...

My plan - clamp the side panels to the back then turn that down to weld the sides to the FRONT panel (having it clamped ensures it is square when finished).

Once it's ready to go - unclamp and simply flip it - gluing the sides and front to the back. Then glue the entire thing to the bottom.

36" L x 18" W x 17" H

Acrylite GP Cell Cast w/ paper Masking

(2x) 36" x 17" (front/back)

(2x) 17" x 17" (sides)

(1x) 36 1/4" x 18 1/4" (bottom)

All piece-edges routed/smooth for welding - critical.
