DIY Automated Water Change/Top off System

Its a 90g water storage tank.
Here is the link to the place I bought it from. Not that it will be any good as its in the UK but at least there are details of the dimensions and features. I have it in a narrow space behind my house so its just perfect for the space.

Tell me this guys. If you were to split the line out on your RO with a "Y" and put two autotop off floats on each line. Would they work independently? When one opens it fills, when the other opens it fills, then when both are open they both fill.
Reason I was asking was because I wanted to split my line, have a float in the RO tank that is active all the time, then I wanted one in the Salt tank that is on a ball valve. That way when I was ready to mix salt. I just turn the ball valve on and walk away. then when it is full, I just pour in salt, and turn the valve off.
Would this work?

You would need more resistance on the line to the RO tank that is normal active so that when the ball valve is open the water would want to follow the path of least resistance to the mixing tank. Simply having the RO tank above the mixing tank or having the mixing tank closer to the RO unit should work.
Anyone else have creative ways of changing water?
