From what ive read, there is no guarantee this is pure, think a lot contain clay. Personally i picked up a few tubs of prestone driveway melt marked down because prestone was listed in the original recipe. You could also pick it up at bulkreefsupply to be safe.

It's probably okay, but it takes a lot of expensive testing to be sure. I haven't heard of many people having problem with calcium chloride products, in any case.
