DIY rock wall adhesive question

Hey Everyone,

I'm working on a DIY rock wall, I'm to the point where I need to add either epoxy or some sort of adhesive to attach the sand to. I was wondering if anyone has used/ would know if the follow 2 adhesives.

Loctite 300 Heat/water resistant, it also claims recommend for marine use.

I have no experience with this but I was just reading about reef safe glues and I think a lot of people use a type of gorilla glue for this.
