Does this skimmer look correct?

Its the Cyclone Bio-Filter from CPR its the 192 model.

I keep adjusting it and tech support said to set it half inch (the gate) from the base. I get TONS O BUBBLES. But no scum yet. I do keep working on it, turning the pumps off, moving things around, moving the gate.

Im only messing with it because the plumbing was getting larger every day as I removed my sump...

Any way, I keep mucking around with it.
But no jizz yet?

Give it time. Skimmers take some time to breakin
