Dosing Pump arrived...

Well I got my dosing pump and I made up a batch of Randy's DIY Two Part. I just started it up so I guess we will see how it works out. I am really hoping this thing works well or its back to the drawing board LOL!!! It also figures that my kalk drip was working quite well the last couple weeks too. Oh well, if I have to I think I can use this pump to dose kalk...I will just have to use both lines because it wont dose it fast enough with just one. Its max output is about 200ml/hr between the two lines. So thats 4800ml/day. Thats way more kalk than I can even dose anyway so I should be ok if I need to go that route. The only issue I can see coming up is if one part doses faster than the other.

Well right now it is really PI**ING ME OFF! For some reason the alarm on it keeps going off and stopping the pump every 15mins or so. I am going to call customer support today and find out *** is going on. They do have good customer service from what I hear so hopefully if I need to send this thing back it wont be an issue.

I just got a call from Stan and he is replacing the pump for free and sending me a new one that is the a better model. My guess is one of the Nautilis models. I guess what I heard about the customer service is true. Sucks I wont have a pump for a while though
