Dropping Candy Cane Heads

Just wondering if anyone has seen this before, this is one of my fav corals and has been doing amazing in my tanks, started off with about half the heads it has now, but 2 heads are dropping, allmost looks like they are going to drop off into another colony, i've never seen pics of this happening before so i'm not sure if thats what this is, tell me what you think

What is your flow like, or your ALK, all the heads look like they are melting, I have an entire tank of Candies, but the heads are thick and plump and the only heads that drop are the heads at the bottom of the colony that are smashed to the LR and cant seem to grow out becase the colony has heads in a complete ball, they seem to grow out melt and fall to the bottom of the tank, then the small piece of skin that is left grows to another complete head

Flow is 4x MJ900 in a 50 gal tank, alk is 11, calcium is 420, also return pump for flow.

Does it sound like its reproducing ?
