Read further in the thread. He is possibly working from an old and depleated bottle.

I think he has bought some sort of device to do a proper count and will buy a new bottle to do it on.

That's new since I posted this here. I kind of doubted that a big company like that would do false advertising. I was, however, really wooed by the hemactometer (sp?).
