Ecosmart driver led not working

On one of my mp40wes I believe one of the LEDs has gone out on the driver. When I try to program it and cycle through the different modes the colors aren't right with the ring around the knob.

I think there is a blue led that isn't working. Is this something that can be fixed without replacing the driver?

It works fine just makes programming it is kind of a pain since the colors don't show correctly. It's out of warranty.

That is pretty unusual. Have you tried performing a hard reset on the driver?

I have done a hard reset several times. I've included a video of me resetting it and also cycling through the modes so that you can see the led. I believe I'm doing it correctly
