Thats all i can think of, any others? doesnt have to be in edmond, or okc. just around this area. My dad and i love to look around newly discovered LFS. if you know of any others just take my list, and add your to the numbers. im sure other lists have been made, but alot of LFS have closed, and opened lately.
Thanks.

Critter Dome is a pet shop in Edmond. They have a pretty minimal salt set up and a bit of a fresh water selection too. They seem to focus more on mammals and birds though. They have some beautiful hand-raised Sun Conures in the store right now. I buy my bird food and feeder shrimp from them.

Pet Cafe is in Norman too.

well i'm new to the salt water end of fish keeping I allways had some kind of freash water fish and allways just wet to wall-mart or pets mart so I decided to go looking for a fish store were I would try to buy what I could and what a big let down that was I drove all the way to edmond to find out that they were not open during posted working hours then went to reef shop not much help there but I find out later that there was a family mater they was dealing with so I will go back there one day and then went to this place in norman and it was closed during working hours so it was not a good time for me but i did find wet pets and they have been good so far but I also would like a up todate list of stores and hours there open also any feed back on the stores would be great

is leanne back now? that one lady that was filling iin for her was no help klnowledge wise, but was very nice. my dad and i bought some super nice plates there last week.

for store hours. http://www.google.com is your friend. for recommendations. my top 3 would be
wet pets
aquariums
Reef shop
( zoanuts would be in there, but i dont think hes 100% ready for the public.)

i hacve been to tanks alot before, i guess i forgot about them due to horrible stocking. all of their things seem to be a little overprised, and their one coral tank doesnt seem to have very nice corals too often.

more LFS we dont know about?

Sadly the Pet Cafe has closed its doors. It may be open a few days more for clearance items, but I am reasonably sure that by the next weekend it will be gone.

Its a shame, it was a nice store.

Paul.

Dam n, I really liked shopping there. Gary and his wife are really cool people. Too bad. Does anyone have any idea what days are going to be there last ones open?

the first one I went to was Aquarium Fish & Supply on 1702 S Kelly Ave.... it was closed during posted hours in the yellow pages and on the front door kinda sucks after driveing 65 miles to see the store the other one that was closed was Crystal Clear in Norman... also if we can get a list of web sites of our LFS would be nice to.

Man, since Pet Cafe is going out, I guess they wont be building my tank. Darn!

I would check with them,

paul.

I just went into the Pet Cafe a week ago. He said he had closed the cafe part and was working on the pet side. He was in the process of redoing his aquarium section, building up the whole saltwater part. If he's changed since then, it really is sad. They were nice people.
