Elos Catalog, lot of eye candy!!!!

I'm in no way affiliated with Elos, this is not a commercial post, but I am getting one of their systems. They have everything from BEAUTIFUL tanks/stands, to skimmers, ca reactors, controllers, test kits, food ... everything. They seem to be absolute perfectionists in everything they make.

They just finished up a catalog that is available for download over on their sponsor forum. The pix are amazing.

Anyway its worth a look, here is the link to the catalog download in the forum. I am getting a 120XL "System", which is 48x32x20 and comes with everything down to the plumbing - I just need a light, some salt mix and RO/DI. The price is nowhere near what you would guess for a "System", even after shipping from Italy and duties/fees/etc.

Alright Fliger I have to ask. What are the prices or where can I go to see what they have to offer and the prices that are affiliated with them. That is a frist class catalog and all of their equipment looks great.

Send the guy a PM, he can give you prices. They are very new to the US, and I'm sure eventually somewhere you'll be able to get prices. Dunno if they're reluctant to give them to stir up demand they can't fill, or if its just the way they do business. But talking with the distributor has been great - since a lot of their products don't operate the same way typical American products - he can explain them as well.

I can't give the price of the 120XL, but its ~130 gallons and comes with everything including a sump, skimmer, top-off system, tubing and even has a RODI resevoir in the sump. The price is incredibly reasonable. Their controllers, lighting and maybe the ca reactors are not cheap though. But I NEED that controller. In talking with a few European folks, and reading as much as I can, I think it might be the best controller available - anywhere. But it ain't cheap!

LOL Eric. I think they'll do fine here, its definitely a niche that no one has really tried to fill. I also think they'll sell a lot of products outside of the internet/reefgeek world. ;-)
