equipments suggestion

Hi to all,
I am planning to set up a 125g tank and i need every one's opnion of what are the equipments would be best for this set up.

I need some idea of what kind of:
Return Pump - ( Brand and GPH )
MH - I am planning to put 2x250W

For the return pump, do you know yet whether you'd like an external, or a submerged pump?

Also, how much flow do you need from the return pump? Do you have a closed loop or powerheads in the main tank that add flow so you won't have to rely on the return pump for all of it? The lower gph you need from your return pump the easier it is to have a quiet setup.
