I really want to see some nice torches, hammers, and octopus corals! Ill get pics of my 25 something head pink and green octo

how long did it take for you to grow that thing?

Two years ago it was ~20 polyps.
 
Don't know if it qualifies or not, but here is a pic of my frogspawn. It was about the size of a basketball when I got rid of it. It started off with 4 heads.

No, it did not branch in that shape on it's own. Natrually it grows too close together. If I just let it be, the polyps crowd each other and eventually most of the new polyps die. To keep it growing, I constantly have to pull polyps out of the center as they grow too close together.

It really needs to be thinned out right now, on average there is less than 1cm between the polyps when they are retracted but I do not have any more room.

How do you pull them out the centre.? They are branching skeletons rite..? It would be interesting to know....
