Extreamly bloated clown😭

Hi all
I came home to see my Black clown extremely bloated and with bulging eyes today

I can’t find anything on Google.

No other fish are affected.

Please help identify decease and possible cure

Welcome to Reef Central.

Coming on sudden would likely eliminate a tumor or growth. It's possibly a gas bubble, but I would suspect an internal infection being the most likely.

I would move the fish to a hospital tank. Need to get antibiotics inside the fish.
Get the fish to eat Metronidazole at 0.5% by weight in food. Bind this in Focus with food the fish is eating. Do this feeding every other day.
Treat water with Kanaplex (follow medicine instructions)
