I'm a big fan of the rainbow as well Nick. I really trimmed mine back a few months ago. I wish I had more open rock to let the monti's encrust, but over time, I just glue acros to any open rocks

Not sure what your saying, but the FF and vesuvius are not the same.

Nope, I believe he said it was the Forest Fire.

FWIW, Every large vesuvious I have ever seen tend to brown out in the middle. They are really nice and bright when they are small or towards the outer edges on new growth, but they don't stay that way when they get 4-5"

yep a big colony of Setosa is a really spectacular thing.

i just love montis, picking a favorite is too hard.

Yep, I am about to frag it up as all the small frags stay that cool color until they get to about 2". It is in a hole right now as its on the list to be removed

Yep, Montiporas have a special place in my tank. Even though its small, the appleberry is also one of those corals your eye gravitates too.
