Feeding a Condy & Tube Anemone

What does everyone feed Condy's & tube anemones?

For Condylactis, I'd try whole lancefish first, then perhaps whole krill. You want to feed the whole animal, and preferably marine animals in general. Other ideas include mysid shrimp (sometimes accepted) and the frozen ocean plankton products.

I did give the Condy some Formula One last night and it took it from me.

Be sure it didn't expel it later. I've fed fish food to my BTA, and seen it expelled later. I was lucky I was there to see it.

Condy's will take anything. I feed mine silversides and krill. I feed the whole krill and cut the heads off the silversides. He never spits them out later.

Condylactis should accept a wide variety of meaty foods. Cerianthids tend to do well when fed heavily on chopped mysids and other finely chopped seafoods. Just be sure to feed the Cerianthids heavily and often for best results.
