feeding lps

My tank is dominated by sps, but I have about 4-6 lps that I love. My problem is that I have a very agressive sailfin tang. He eats any food right out of the lps polyps that I try to feed. The only things I have been able to do is feed the lps mysis shrimp at night and hope the sailfin leaves a few. The lps are on the rocks. Anyone have any tricks?

maybe you can cover the coral with plastic cup and feed it that way? or maybe even take it out of the tank to feed?

Try this:

What I done also,if you have any extra plastic egg crate.Make up a small box,and use those zip ties/cable ties to put it together. Will need a little weight to it to keep it on the bottom. But use it many times.Pretty easy and it works. That way it keeps the flow going threw the box.But it drives the fish crazy. They can smell it and see it,put can't get to it.

oh yea i hate it when my $30 tang picking on $$$ micros
i always feed when lights are off micros open and no fish around
I use egg crate when I have to feed some other LPS daytime, it scares other fish away, don't need to really cover it.
