Feeding rics

What do I feed them? I have one here's a pic of him.

I found him in some live rock after I moved some rock around. He is starting to get pink and has a green mouth. I did feed him shrimp and he took it, I didn't do it again didn't know if it was a bad idea. Do these guys like high flow and light?

Also have this big guy

he is at the top medium flow but alot of light 150 HQI MH and 2 65w would he do better closer to the bottem? I feed him shrimp every few days to. He has double in size since I have had him.

Most shrooms will eat meaty foods. I feed my rics mysis shrimp and cyclop-eeze zooplankton. They'll also take flake and pellet foods.

I have had a lot of fun with frozen/thawed crappie and blue gill that I caught this winter. They eat it up! I am also going to start putting it in my homemade food. It is very cheap...free! good luck

do you just target feed them mysis? what about phyto feed? i feed my zoa's that daily. I have frozen mysis for my 2 fish and a dropper so I can target feed if needed.

Actually you don't even need to feed. I hardly feed. Maybe once a month or less.
