Hey all Just wondering if anyone could give some advice on feed my sps and if so what the very best food to provide. have been feeding them kent zoo plex twice a day an the hope that it will conditioning them better do i need to do this or is there a better food sourse out there.

Any help would be cool

I agree with ReeferMonkey but if you've got time try growing some phyto and zooplankton. Feed during the night and turn off skimmer. Fish will thank you too for live food. Guess live food is better because it remain alive until eaten.

Having 1 sixline (or other pest eating small wrasse), and snails (perhaps a vegi-type-bleeny too), and a rock rubble refuge (in or out of the tank) for micro critters to do the mombo in are all you need for many SPS IME.

you could cultivate phytoplankton which would increase your live zooplankton population, which then feeds the SPS.

Ever since I started dosing live phytoplankton, my SPS have increased PE and grown almost three times as fast. They also have great coloration! Sure the sps don't eat phtoplankton, but zooplankton does, and they will increase in population like crazy! DO IT!
