feeding techniques for shrooms

Just got some rics. I want to feed them. What do they eat? How do you feed them? What tools do you use? I have frozen brien shrimp, squid, and mysis. Will they eat a chunk of mysis? Or does it need to be really chopped up finely? Tell me how you feed your shrooms!

I feed mine light But if you want to give them extra just place a mysis down on it and watch it slowly curl up and eat it

I'd avoid brine- they have very little nutrition unless they are freshly hatched baby brine.. Other foods are much more nutritious

Larger rics will eat whole mysis shrimp, smaller ones will only be able to eat small pieces. I also feed mine cyclop-eeze, which they seem to love.
