filter feeders

What does one feed filter feeding oysters, mussels, and scallops? I have several on my new live rock and would like to keep them alive.

I suppose I didn't do too bad then. I do go right out and buy some phytoplankton. As it so happens, I bought DT's and it has an expiration date of November 15, 2003. :)

I just go SO excited sometimes!

From what I've heard, DTs is now more than just nanochloropsis. That's good, because the original DTs was too small to be eaten by most bivalves. Tahitian blend is another excellent mix of phytoplankton. Plus, they will probably filter a lot of food debris at feeding time.
