Fire Hazard?

I am buying these lights from ebay,http://cgi.ebay.com/AQUARIUM-LIGHT-...meZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting, and was wondering if these are good lights and if PC generates enough heat to possibly catch the acrylic cover on fire? Ive heard rumors about lights catching fire from ebay and was wondering if these were them. The ones that I heard of that did this had no fans but this comes with two so what do yall think???

Are they UL listed?

I would ask the seller.

Im not sure on that fixture having a problem with fires. The acylic guard will be fine, PC's do make heat but nat that much to melt acrylic unless the lights are resting on it, or you have alot of them without fans.
I think you will be fine with that setup.
