Firmware Update - Arp -a Entries

I am looking to update my firmware. In reading the Official guide is recommends the there be are no arp entries that start out different from the interfacce;

i.e.
224.0.0.22
224.0.0.252
255.255.255.255

I have these specific arp entries.

I have booted in safe mode with networking. My set-up is that I have connected my laptop directly to the Apex base module, disabled the wirless adapter (all networking adapters other than the hard wire port).

Any idea what these entries could relate to. Can I go ahead and update with them there anyway?
