You might try mixing zoplan with pellets along with the various frozen foods at the same time you feed black worms.
Have you offered veggies? Nori, lettuce, broccoli and macros like Ulva and Grasilaria are good options. There are garlic food enhancers you could try as well. I've used them when feeding medicated food. Lot's of good veggie flakes and pellets out there too. As a last resort, try opening a mussel and dropping that in.
