Fish related tatto and update

Well, i figured since the boards have been dead lately, i would post an update on my tattoo progress that i promised lol. One is sort of fish related so i figure it will be ok for the forum lol. The first one is my most recent. It is an old school dagger tattoo. I designed the dagger or knife myself. It is my guardian angel reaching out to cut out my heart. The others pics are the rest of my half sleeve for my son that just completed his Firefighter/EMT school. On my chest is the demon fireman burning through that you have already seen, the arm consists of a Japanese phoenix rising from the fire encircling a lotus flower holding a crystal ball with an eye reflecting in it. The phoenix and lotus both have meaning in mythology, that would wear my fingers off typing lol, but basically they stand for a new beginning and future for him and also symbolize virtue, loyalty, strong morals, and a long life.

Nice artwork there, watch out for splashing saltwater, it's no fun on a fresh tat.

LOL, speaking of spills, i was a little cloudy when i went in for the dagger one. Something i ate a believe lol. But i was eating B-B-que pork rinds while i got the tattoo. Not a good idea. Red pepper in an open wound don't feel real good for about 4 or 5 days after whatever it was i ate wore off lol. I was on fire for days and actually had a blister from it. Randy (the artist) was telling me the whole time that i was getting the pepper dust on it and had better quit lol. I said blah blah it can't hurt much worse then it does right now. Boy was i wrong lol.
