Fish Veterinarian in LA?

I have a show size queen angel who's somehow poked herself with the gill spine preventing her from opening the left gill. She's still eating but is clearly in discomfort. Looks like a simple procedure if there's fish anesthetics.
Does anyone have a place to recommend? I'm very concerned for the fish long term

Call aquarium of the pacific and talk to the veterinarian there. Maybe they can help
