Fish with STD (salty transmitted disease)

So I got a new royal gramma Wednesday night, acclimated it and put it in my tank (it looked fine at the time). 24 hours later I feed and he comes out to eat and has very small, pin size, white spots all over him:rolleye1:. I have never had ich in my tank before but Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m pretty certain that is what he has. So assuming it is ich here is my plan of action. I have 3 fish in there total a maroon clown, the sick gamma, and a pygmy angel. When I get home from work Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m going to do a 5 gallon water change and put all fish in the 5 gallon bucket with a heater and a powerhead for a couple of days with copper in the water. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢ll see if I can borrow a 10 gallon tank over the weekend and put them all in that with another 5 gallons so they have some room. What does everyone think?

Thanks in advance,
Kyle

if he's still eating might be better to leave him and the rest of the fish in the tank... the process of catching and transferring the fish is really stressful for them and may cause it to get worse from the stress
