fishlist too much?

I have an oceanic 29g biocube with a pair of bangaii cardinals,a clown, and a firefish. My tank has been running for 7 months. I dont have a protien skimmer but I plan to get one within two week. I do weekly 5g water changes, and was wondering if I added a tailspot blenny and a yellow clown goby would be too many fish. Just looking for some opinions.

The more fish you get the more water change you gonna get to do since you have no skimmer

Before I added anymore fish I was gonna get the skimmer, but I dont mind amping up the water changes.

you could most likely get away with it for a bit. it's really to much . the bangaii get big,the clown wil get big and territorial. coral /water quality will suffer.
