fix a support brace?

Hello
I snapped my center support brace on a 46g bowfront when moving. Any ideas how I can fix it or reinforce it somehow?

Just use Weld-on 16, and cut a piece of acrylic the same size.
Glue and clamp. TA DA!

For extra support, after it has dried, drill a few holes and use nylon nuts and bolt to hold it together.
