Found 2000lbs of Yardrite

I was doing some shopping in a local landscaping place and to my pleasant surprise I found they have 2 Pallets of Yardrite sand (aka Southdown). I bought 200lbs but there's still about 2000lbs left.

They're located in Dallas, PA

I currently have CC for my substrate, but thoughts of upgrading to a 75 and going with sand have crossed my mind for a project in about 3 years... would you say I should grab that stuff now or do you think it will still be available down the road... I'm only asking because it seems that this stuff is becomming more and more scarese? Dallas... whats the name of the place... anywhere near Rice's?
