I remember the first time I got my tank and sat and stared, wondering what everything was.

my tank is 9 days old, I have about 5 or 6 featherdusters now white ones and red ones so far 2 really tiny ones.. there so cute lol

I have to admit, it kinda creeps me out! We scrubed the live rock before we added it, could it have lived? Did it come from the live sand? Will it multiply?

You are right. We were sitting there looking at al the new colors on the rodks and I noticed what looked like a patch of whitish/blue mold. All of a sudden, my husband said it moved inward. I thought he was a little crazy until i saw it myself. It goes completely inside the hole and looks like a worm. Like I said, a little creepy to me...lol

We got ours from a LFS.

I got mine from a local reefer that quit, couple hundred pounds of it for 100 bux.. hit the jackpot lol

sold about 100 pounds of it and put the other 120ish in my tank

But, since my LR is only semi-cured, I doubt anything will have survived.
