Found another Beastie, Good or Bad?

OK, I set this tank up with some cured live rock and live sand last weekend. Since then I've come across little white deformed looking star fish, bristle worm and now another little beastie, this crab. Hopefully someone can identify if it's a reef/fish safe crab. The pictures I have are OK and I also have a video.

So, good or bad?

Here's a short video of the beastie

With questionable crabs who hitchhike in, there's a very, very loose rule of thumb that we go by... "Eyes are white, catch it tonight. Eyes are black, release it back."
This obviously doesn't work in every case, but it's helpful generally.

Such critters can have a useful life in the sump. Some will spread back into the main tank. .Crabs can't.
