Fragging LPS

I've got a few LPS that I would like to frag, and I just bought a wet saw. So I'm looking for any special consideration and tips on fragging these, and want to make sure that they are fraggable. Also ID's would be cool to. Some of the pics were taken just after lights out at feeding time. I've given some off the cuff ID's with them. All help appreciated Thanks

Its fairly simple. Make sure to put saltwater in the chamber for the wetsaw. Just let the saw do its work.

I'm fairly familiar with using the wet saw. I was asking more to the specific corals in question and to thier survivability after being cut.

favias and other brains are pretty darn hardy as far as cutting them, You may sometimes lose a few of the mouths that were cut in half completely but they can be as easy (careless) as a hammer and a screw driver (cizel technique haha). Not so sure on the others Id think to wait for them to close up and get irritated enough to detract all the flesh into their skeltons then make as clean of a cut as you can without cutting through any mouths and nurse each piece back to full health. good luck doubl check on these I could be wrong

Theyre pretty easy. Just make sure you run the saw in freshwater for a while afterwards to get all the salt out.

The deed is done, for now I've skipped on the first symphyllia pictured, and the plate.

Next time I'll do this outside with a raincoat, what a mess, I was covered in saltwater and coral mucas. I'm gonna have to make a better shield than the one which was supplied with the saw.
