frog coming apart

i have a small 3 head frog and today 1 of the heads came out of the skelolton and is just hanging there by a small thread of flesh is it dieing or what is it doing you can see in the pics i ope the skeloton to the right and the head to its left please help

its hard to see there. Is the flesh in tack, can you see part of the skeleton on the one falling? If so, you should be able to break it off and frag it. Just be very carefull of the flesh, it is very delecate

no i don't see any skeletoal structue on the head thats coming off the pice of flesh looks like its attached to the head beside it
