Hey Is it ok to put frogspawn in the sand? How high in the tank?

It all depends on what kind of lights u are useing.On a125 if u have pc or vhos i would put them middle to high.If halides then i would go middle or the sand.So if light are strong enuff then yes u can go in the sand

Just keep the flesh off of the sand or it will be irritated.
