FS: 240G Reef setup

Moving homes and planning on upsizing to 300G. So selling my 240G tank with stand, sump, refugium, return pump, plumbing and skimmer and custom canopy.
Tank: 48" * 48" *24" tall. has star fire glass on all three viewing sides and one overflow in the back rated for 3600GPH with 2X 2" drains and 2X 1' returns. The system is 9 years old in very good condition.
Acrylic sump: 36" * 28" * 18" tall
Refugium: 20 gallon acrylic tank
Skimmer: Reef Octopus rated for 240 G SPS dominated reef tank. Need new pump
Stand: Custom built Oak Stand
Return pump: Reeflo Dart pump 3600GPH.
The full setup mentioned above for $1200
Tank, Stand, canopy & Sump alone for $900
