FS: 24G Nanocube with mods

I have a 24G Nanocube for sale with mods for sale.

It has stock pump, 108W 50/50 PC lighting. The cassette tape mod for skimming purposes and stand (not the S stand). I need to get this out by this weekend, so any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am in the Eagle Rock area.

The price is $225 or best offer.

I really need your help guys. I cramped up and need the extra space. For $225 FIRM, I will include whatever live sand, live rock and corals attached to the live rock there may be. Live sand is approx. 15lbs and LR rock about 20lbs. On the tank itself I will also throw in a heater and the timer.
