37 gallon tank currently running, Im using it for propagation but I'm going a different path... (Trying to get some funds towards my 180g project)

37 gallon all glass tank (tall)
black wooded stand
canopy that needs a quick spray of black to match
175watt metal halide with 2x55watt retrofited into the canopy
300watt heater
10 gallon sump
mag 7 return pump
aqualifter pump with cpr overflow
extra halide and pc bulbs
all hard pvc plumbing with unions and ball valves
will include sand and some live rock for the buyer
will throw in some frags to sweet up the deal too
this is a turn-key setup, already cycled and running...
