FS: Complete 90 Gallon Reef Ready Set-up

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately I have to take down my 90 gallon saltwater and everything must go! I would like to sell it all together, but I may part with pieces if the price is right.
List of Equipment:
- Aqueon 90 Gallon Reef Ready Tank Dimensions: 48" x 18" x 24" (about 6 months old)
- Oak Stand (and I have canopy still wrapped up in shrink wrap if wanted)

- ADHI 20 Refugium. I knocked the first wall out to make it 2 chambers so I could fit my protein skimmer in it.
- Super Reef Octopus XP 2000 IN-SUMP Cone Protein Skimmer (about 2 months old)
- Tunze Recirculation Pump/Powerhead Silence 1073.040 (as the return pump)
- Milwaukee Instruments SMS120 pH Monitor (constantly reads ph) (1 month old)
- Refractometer Captive Purity Refractometer with Calibration Dial (3 months old)

- (2) 1050gph Koralia Powerheads (6 months old)
- (3) 750 gph Koralia Powerheads (6 months old)
- (1) Ecotech Vortech MP-10 (4 months old)
- (1) Ecotech Vortech Mp-40 (3 months old)

- 40-60 pounds of live rock
- Aussie Tourch Coral
- Random nice size Acorpora (idk ID of it)
- Small frag yellow but turning pink staghorn frag
- Nice size clam
- Multi-Color Open Brain

- Snow Flake Eel (about 2 ft long)
- Female Blue Throat Trigger Fish (medium size)
- Sebae Clownfish (medium/large size)
- Copperband Butterfly Fish (medium size)
- (1) Male and (1) Female Lyretail Anthias (medium/large size)

- Tek Light Elite Fixtures 48" 6x54W Sunlight Supply High Output Fluorescent Lighting Fixture (6 months old and bulbs are 3 months old)
- This fixture is more than enough to grow any type of sps. I have done it successfully.

- NextReef MR1 Complete Media Reactor Kit (never been used)

These are the most up to date pictures I have. Thats a pic of the SPS once I got it. Now it has brown polyps coming out all over and it has grown some. The skeleton is also starting to turn green.
