Fu Manchu Lionfish eat small fish ?

Unless a fish is bigger than a lionfish, it will most likely be eaten. Note that the mouth of a lion fish expands considerably when it sucks in its prey (they feed by inhaling their prey). They will attempt to eat fish half the size of themselves.

Yes, they will eat all smaller fish...and not so smaller fish.

I had one in my tank for a while, and it ate an entire school of chromis, a pair of clowns, and a 6 line wrasse...

It also refused to eat prepared foods...
