FW Co2 Diffusor

Roger, I picked one of these up (7074?) and there was no actual instructions for the unit just the mounting bracket. There is a nib that the hose connects to - the tube it is built into can go either way into the pump and the strainer goes on the other end - should it be at the bottom - thinking you'd get more c02 lost into water there but up top seems to be off since the hose actually points down and hard to position because of tension on the co2 line.

Also is there a better mounting option than the stupid bracket - this is going in a 30 gallon cube and I'd rather just suction cup it on and not fiddle with the bracket.

One more thing - is there a check valve that will fit the tunze / metric CO2 line? If the CO2 is off it can start a reverse siphon and flow back to the regulator.

Hey Mike. The instructions weren't finished yet.

Anyway, the strainer goes at the bottom. The bubbles rise and swirl in the T chamber and the exhausted bubbles that should be mostly air escape through the bottom. I got rid of the suction cups since they fail so yes you have to use the crappy holder :D

I think just about every check valve should fit the metric tubing. If not let me know and I'll find one for you.
