I believe www.thatfishplace.com has them. I bought mine there, but i live close to their store in Lancaster. Not sure if they would advertise them on their site. Worth a look though.

Have you checked wiht local plumbing stores, Home Depot or Lowes??

Try US Plastics website. They have pretty much anything PVC/plastic you would ever need. Never had any luck with finding gate valves at HD or Lowes myself, usually only ball valves.

At least give a call to the big box stores. One of the HD's in my area carries a variety of gate valves (including all the sizes you mention), but they are rather pricey.
