GBR has cheap shrimp

I finally got a chance to stop in and see the new Great Barrier Reef store by Park Meadows. I work just down the street from there so I’m happy to see a store in that part of town again. The display tanks look good for such a new store, he has another 300+ coral tank coming soon. Chad also said that when his wife is better he’ll be able to have her open the store earlier (currently 3pm during the week).
Anyway, he had some Peppermint Shrimp that are full size and only $4.95 (I think). That’s the cheapest I’ve seen. He also set me up with some fish food samples that I’m trying out.
I’m glad to see him back in the retail business.

I also recently stopped into this store out of curiosity, and can echo that it was a really nice shop. I was kind of expecting the livestock prices to be higher but found them quite reasonable.

There are some cheaper shops in Denver but they don't seem to care for their fish quite as well. I'd definitely buy here.

Chad's a very nice gent. I used to stop by his house and buy stuff, when he was working from his basement. Havent seen him since he left the old store. I sure wish I was closer though. It would make it a heck of a lot easier to stop by.
