Getting a Regulator in Japan

Greetings. Didn't even know this forum existed but as you guys are in Japan, hoping you can help me. I need to get a Calcium Reactor. I'd like to get a Koralin from the US but I understand I need to get the regulator in Japan. So my questions are:

1) Would a regulator bought in Japan fit on a Koralin?
2) Or does it not matter as the regulator goes on the CO2 tank?
3) Where would I get the CO2 tank from and CO2 itself?

I got one from the milwaukee team, you know the pH controller and and regulator with the built in solenoid and it works jut fine on the japan cylinders' thread. I have had no problem - - knock on wood.
