ghost shrimp

Can fresh water ghost shrimp live in salt water?? I've put them in my tank to feed and they seem to live a long time.

I've acclimated them to my salt tank but only put them in there as food for other things.

I had one live for 2 months I had put it in for food but it buried itself in the sand and evaded attack I then saw him 2 months later.

They can be acclimated but they're mostly used for food. Mine never seem to last longer than a day. My lion sees to that
