GIRS Local Trustees

Ok, I think we have all agreed to have local Trustees, so lets get this done.

To my knowledge we have:

Matt(got2lb) for Waterloo
Clayton(Covey) for Davenport
Ryan(ryansholl) for Des Moines

And we are still looking for someone for Iowa City/Cedar Rapids?

So I need to know that everyone above is in for sure, and we need a volunteer or nomination for Iowa City.
