Glass Scum

I have the back half of my tank covered with glass, it gets a film on it that normal soap and a razor wont remove, any tips greatly appreciated.

Vinegar should work if it is calcium carbonate buildup.

If you are using soap on it, make sure that you rinse it extremely well. Most soaps and detergents contain phosphates. You don't want any water splashing up there and getting some phosphates in your tank if any water drips back down.
