Good Schooling Fish

I want to eventually a species of fish the schoo together. Anyone have any suggestions. Small fish.

Chromis seem to "unschool" when they get used to your tank. I've had good luck with glass cardinals (the ones with bit of purple on their eye area)....they've stayed in school formation in my tank.

I like schools of pearly jawfish fun to watch. Google video them.

I have a school of 5 Chalk Bass and I think they are pretty cool. Nice addition and they never fight or bug each other. They really stick together. My brother has about 12 of them in his tank (2 years) and they are even cooler in bigger numbers like that. Stay about 2-2.5", so not too big.

I like my firefish!! They will swim around in their little group of 5 all day long.

if you get bangaii cardinals... make SURE they are tank raised... they are on the red list now to be put on the endangered species within 1-2 yrs now due to overcollecting.

Well, I have bad news about firefish. In the long run, they tend not to get along together.

firefish also love to jump out of the tank.

I think I might go with the chalk bass
