I have a string of recent orders that have all been met with my usual bad luck, but each time, marinedepot handled things well.
I had placed an order and one item, an eheim 1212, was on back order. The rest of my order shipped and the eheim was then shipped free of shipping charges.
The eheim came in, and the epoxy seal looked to have exploded, so of course it was on back order again... so this time when it comes in, it'll be shipped to me via two day with a return ups slip for the blown up one.
I also made a live order for figi rock, but the order was unable to be processed in time for the next day delivery. It was pretty close to the cut-off time (if not, right at).
The shipment was going to be delivered on saturday (instead of friday) with the saturday delivery charge waived.
This might sound like everything ordered from marinedepot goes sour, but that isn't the case. More importantly is that the things that do go as planned work out great and those that don't go as planned get tended to in a decisive and professional manner.
A company willing to acknowledge and deal with any issues that arise will see a great retention in its customer base.
Thanks a bunch,
nash
