Good SPS placement ?

So as you can tell by my sig, I have a 96W T5 fixture that is located roughly 4in above the surface. I have two Koralia 1s and a Rio 1400 return pump putting out roughly 380gph so there is some decent flow going on in my one tank, a 29 gal Biocube. My question is, where would be a good spot to place some SPS corals, as far as low, mid, or upper level? I know they like lots of light and strong flow. Also, when acclimating an SPS, should I start out with it on the bottom and then gradually move it up?

Many people do start out low and gradually move it up. What SPS are you talking about? Some like a lot more light than others.

I would start low and move up over a couple days.
